Yoga

I am a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified hatha and vinyasa flow instructor.

My classes have a particular focus on finding balance, building strength and tuning into a sense of personal power. I teach beginners and mixed ability, with lots of props, modifications and variations available to make my sessions accessible and fulfilling to each individual.

With additional training in therapeutic somatic yoga, I am passionate about facilitating a gentle approach to yoga, in sync with your body, and I love to lead slow and restorative sequences, holding poses for several breaths to give each person time to feel in to their own body and experience the space or sensation created with each posture.

I use embodied imagery, guided breathwork and mindful meditation in my teaching to support each person to drop into their body and develop an awareness of themself in the present moment.
